If Amhara does not like the constitution and does not represent them because the constitution prevent Amhara from looting other territories then the constitution provides and accommodates ethnics to use ART39 and have their own nation and constitution. Gabito Fandia Chika Angol???

Nobody should force those who prefer to be vassals by their own choice. Whichever way one wants to see it, the the cruel era of TPLF has been concluded. We are now focused on preventing others from replicating the system that we just dismantled. The Somalis are free to choose the best political system that they think stands for their benefits. In the new system, they do indeed have the chance to be full participants of the decisions made at federal level as opposed to being simple observers under TPLF. Now for the first time in the last 30 years Ethiopians are considered equal participants in the political system.

When slavery was abolished in the US, there were some slaves who preferred to stay under their old masters and continued to be slaves till the end.
