Yeah she is sick in the head.
She needs help in treating her addictions, but giving her money on her hand is enabling her to satisfy her gambling addictions and be in the same situation she is at.
She is lucky that she is not in jail as yet for accusing people for raping her and didn't report it to the authorities.
She needs to make an honest video and apologize for trying to hoodwink innocent and caring people.
People will accept her apology and will help her to see psychiatrists.
If she is an agame, then it is very hard to fix her. Deceit is in their blood.
But if she is a none agame Ethiopian and she apologizes and really want to change her life, I would help.
