የኢትዮጵያ ዋና ጠቅላይ ሚንስቴር ማን ነው? is not the most important question because we have 3 level of government
1. fed. government
2. state government and
3. locality or municipality government
out of those 3 the most effect u is the municipality level government and state government fed. government is far away leader that might not affect u directly so who run the nation is not that much important who run your state is much more important .. for example the Golden state run by her son and daughter and they transforming the Golden state while the Amhara and the oromo state fighting each other to control the fed. government which doesn't have much power anyhow over state level ... what make me sad is when the Golden become Singapore of Africa those two state will blame it on corruption that the Golden toooook billion of dollar out of mama Ethiopia ...

ስንቴ ነው የምነግርህ ፈደራል መንግስት ብዙም ሳልጣን የለውም በክልሎች ላይ። አንተ ደግሞ የምትኖረው በክልል እንጂ በፈደራል አይደለም።
ምን ያገባሀል ፈደራል ገንዘብ አተመ አላተመም
ምን ያገባሀል አምባሳደር ሾመ አልሾመም
ምን ያገባሀል የውጭ ግኑኝነት አጠናከረ ኣላላ
ምን ያገባሀል ቴምብር አተመ አላተመም።
ሁሉም ነገርህ አንተን በቀጥታ የሚመለከት ህ ክልል ውስጥ ነው ታድያ ጅህር ከአብይ በላይ ስልጣን አለው። ይሄንንም በተግባር አይተናል ምን ስልጣን ከዚህ በላይ ተስጠዋለህ ።
