በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር የሥራ አጥነት ችግርን ለመቅረፍ ተጀምሮ የነበረው የወጣቶች ተዘዋዋሪ ፈንድ ከኹለት ሳምንት በፊት እንዲቆም ተደረገ። ፈንዱ የቆመበት ምክንያትም እስካሁን በተዘዋዋሪ ፈንዱ የተሰጠውን ገንዘብ ለመለየት እንደሆነ ከተማ አስተዳደሩ ቢገልፅም ወጣቶች ግን ቅሬታቸውን እያሰሙ ይገኛሉ።

ከፈንዱ ተጠቃሚ ለመሆን ከሚጠብቁ ወጣቶች መካከል በ2011 በሲቪል ኢንጂነሪንግ የተመረቀው ዳዊት ተስፋዬ እንደሚለው “መንግሥት ተደራጅተን እንድንሠራ የሥራ ዕድል ከመፍጠሩም ባለፈ ገንዘብ ድጋፍ እንደሚደርግልን ተነግሮን የሚጠበቁብንን ነገሮች በሙሉ አቅማችን አሟልተን፤ ከአንድ ወር በላይ እንደጠበቅን እና በተለይም በውድ ዋጋ የመሥሪያ ቦታ ተከራይተን ከፍተኛ ወጪ ላይ ብንሆንም ፈንዱ ግን ሊለቀቅልን አልቻለም”.........................

i am expert economist and here is my take about የወጣቶች ተዘዋወሪ ፈንድ ቆመ! short answer is የወጣቶች ተዘዋወሪ ፈንድ ቆመ! doesnt work...
for example if u tell those young people there is free money all u have to do is collect your ten buddy and we will give u free money who is going to pass this life time opportunity...

what is the bet way is not giving them the money directly instead build industrial park for small business ... once u build this industrial park they u can solve their rental problem and they will have great saving to incubate their business instead of paying rent.. the rent can be greed to word how much they took loan ..

next important thing is instead of giving 10,000 birr or 100,000 birr the whole investment fund can be used to create job .. example let say the fund have 300 million dollar to distribute 1000 dollar each groups .. instead of giving out 1000 dollar for each groups the fund will built cement factory with the money now the cement will be sold to this small enterprise at cost pulse 10% profit ... trust me this youth fund will never need another fund from the government because the cement factory provided the fun it self it become self sufficient....if the cement factory sale 30% cement output at market price and give away 70% at cost for the youth to produce cement product sky is the limit ,,

as of now the fund might have billion birr and give out this money and the fund will be finished and wait for another round of fund..

anyhow another method of helping the youth can be selective funding for example u must be creative person to be funded and you will hire those youth.. not everyone can be business success.. this is like giving pen to students and tell them to write a book, or give mic to students and tell them to be artist or singer you need talent to be athletes or anything else but when it come to business we think every one become a business person if we give them money no way...

here is few talent that need fund..

ሻማ መስሪያ የስራውን ሰውዬ ብንደግፈው ብዙ ሻሚያ መሽን ያመርትልናል ታድያ ወጣቶቹን ደግሞ ማሽኑን ገዝተን ብንስጣቸው ከመስራያ ቤት ጋራ እርዳታው እጥፍ ድርብ ይሆናል። ለምን ቢባል አንደኛ ሻማ የሚስራውን ሰውዬ ረዳነው። ምርቱም ብዙ ስው ስራ እድል ፈጠረ። ከውጭም የምናመጣውን ሻማ ቀነስ ። በዚያም ላይ ጥሬ እቃውንም የሚያመጡት ተጠቀሙ። የሽክላ የሻማ ማስቀመጫ የሚያመርቱም የጠቀማሉ።

ለምሳሌ ይህንን አይነቱን ሰው ነው መርዳት ለምን ቢባል በራሱ ብዙ መንገድ መጥቶዋል። በስሩ ደግሞ መቶ ስዋች ስራ እደል መፍጠር ይቻላል ። እንዱ ባይሳካለት ደግሞ የስራው ባሌቤት እራሱ ተቆጣጥሮ ሌላ ስራ ፈላጊ ስለሚተካ ይህ ስራ ተመጋጋቢ ስለሚሆን ምንም ብድሩን ሳይከፍል አይቀርም ለምን ቢባል ካልከፈለ ምርት ስለማያገኝ የቤትም ክራይ ስለሚመጣበት ለራሱ ሲል በርትቶ ይስራል በአስር ተደራጅተህ ና ስትለው አንዱ ስነፍ ከሆነስ። አንዱ ሌባ ከሆነስ። አንዱ ነገረኛ ከሆነስ ይህ ሁሉ እይኖርም ብዚህ መንገድ ስራ ቢፈጥሩ።
