Amhara is smuggling arms via Metema and claimed intercepted and taking them legally???

Oromo and Tigray federal arm forces must station at metema and control the arm inflow.

so what is the problem amhara has special right in amhara land. As yo stupid agames and galas claimed.
I don't see any problem if amhara took it and that doen't make it illegal
