*Rayans are more close to Amhara interms of race, culture and language. More closer to Wollo Amhara
*Rayans were treated like kings by amhara and loved by amhara but exploited and despised by Tegaru
*Rayans are galvanizing themselves and are resisting the occupation and are paying the price. Tigray is killing many innocent rayans and raping girls as young as 14 years old
