The picture itself tells the true story, no need to distort the facts on the ground. To figure out the true picture of the facts on the ground just show the people involved in the so called declaration of agreement.
How many parties are involved and how many persons were involved from each of those parties individually and from all of the parties collectively from all of the regions in the country and what is the proportion of the participation in the declaration from all regions of Oromia. This pins it down, without any doubt of any kind.
If we can tell about the involvement of the people on the ground then there is no need to distort the true picture by giving it a different name and call it Oromo Parties Agreement. It should be dubbed Wollega Parties Agreement and thereby it will help us understand better what is at play here.
