Lesson to Africa: Medium and Large Dams in the Middle of a Desert!

With almost NO river that flow year-round and with an average annual rainfall about 380 mm, semi-arid Eritrea built more than 300 medium and large dams in the middle of desert to boost its water and foodsecurity, as well as combat ClimateChange :lol:
