Ato Sissay (originally Ayte Shushay) was a goat shephered turned to a weyane-water carrier until he was expelled from Tigray and weyane after misplacing a sack of wheat destined to a 98-years-old man living on Food Aid in an ADP-ran village within the piece of Tigrean territory still remaining under wello occupation.
