ሕወሓት «የፌዴራል መንግሥት ኃላፊነቱን አልተወጣም» በማለት «ሕገ መንግሥትና የፌዴራል ሥርዓት» ያለውን ለማዳን «የፌዴራሊስት ኃይሎች» ያላቸውን ሰብስቦ የሁለት ቀናት ጉባኤ አጠናቅቆ ቀጣይ እንቅስቃሴዎችን የሚያስተባብር ኮምቴ አቋቁሟል፤ የአቋም መግለጫም አውጥቷል። ሁሉም የጉባኤው ተሳታፊዎች ተስማሙበት በተባለው የአቋም መግለጫ «ሕገ መንግሥትና የፌዴራል ሥርዓቱን» ለመታደግ አለማቀፍ ጥሪ ቀርቧል። ይህ ጉባኤ በመንግሥትነት የተሰየመውን የዐቢይ አሕመድ አገዛዝ የመንግሥትነት ሥልጣን በግልጽ ውድቅ ያደረገ ስብስብ ነው።

በመንግሥትነት የተሰየመውን የዐቢይ አሕመድ አገዛዝ «ኃላፊነቱን አልተወጣም» በማለት የዐቢይ አሕመድ አገዛዝ ዋና ሥራው የሆነውን «ሕገ መንግሥትና የፌዴራል ሥርዓቱን» የማዳን አላማ ይዞ የሚቋቋም ማናቸውም ስብስብ የባላደራ መንግሥት ነው። ይህ ግልጽ የሆነ በመንግሥት ላይ የተመሰረተ ሌላ መንግሥት ነው።

ባጭሩ በመንግሥት ላይ መንግሥት የመሰረተው፣ «የፌዴራል መንግሥት ኃላፊነቱን አልተወጣም» በማለት «ሕገ መንግሥትና የፌዴራል ሥርዓቱን» ለማዳን ጉባኤ የተቀመጠውና ቀጣይ መንግሥታዊ ስራዎች የሆኑትን ሕገመንግሥትና የፌዴራል ሥርዓቱን ለመታደግ አለማቀፍ ጥሪ ያቀረበው የመቀሌው ስብስብ አካል የባላደራ መንግሥት ነው።

ዐቢይ አሕመድ ከዚህ በፊት የፖለቲካ ድርጅት ባልሆነውና ሥልጣን የመያዝ አላማ ከሌለው በእስክንድር ነጋ ከሚመራው የአዲስ አበባ ባላደራ ምክር ቤት ጋር «ግልጽ ጦርነት» ውስጥ እንደሚገባ ነግሮን ነበር። ዐቢይ አሕመድ ከአዲስ አበባ ባላደራ ምክር ቤት ጋር ጦርነት ውስጥ እገባለሁ ያለው «ምክር ቤቱ ምርጫ ሳያሸንፍ ባላደራ፣ ባደራ የሚል ጫዎታ ውስጥ ገብቷል» ብሎ ነው። ምክር ቤቱ ግን የሲቪክ ተቋም እንጂ ምርጫ የመሳተፍና የፖለቲካ ሥልጣን የመያዝ አላማ እንደሌላው ግልጽ አድርጓል።

የዐቢይ አሕመድን መንግሥት ተቀብሎ የፖለቲካ ሥልጣን የመያዝ አላማም ፍላጎቱም ከሌለው ከአዲስ አበባ ምክር ቤት ጋር «ግልጽ ጦርነት» ውስጥ እገባለሁ ያለን ዐቢይ አሕመድ አሁን በግልጽ የሚፈተንበት ወቅት መጥቶለታል። ሕወሓት «የዐቢይ አሕመድን አገዛዝ ኃላፊነቱን አልተወጣም» በማለት የመንግሥት ዋና ተግባር የሆነውን «ሕገ መንግሥትና የፌዴራል ሥርዓቱን» የመታደግ ሥልጣን ነጥቆ «ሕገ መንግሥትና የፌዴራል ሥርዓቱን» ለማዳን የሚል መንግሥታዊ አላማ ይዞ በመቀሌ ከተማ የባላደራ መንግሥት መስርቷል።

ዐቢይ አሕመድ ከዚህ መቀሌ ላይ ከተፈጠረው የሕወሓት የባላደራ መንግሥት ጋር ግልጽ ጦርነት ውስጥ ይገባ ይሆን? ነው ዐቢይ አሕመድ ጦርነት ውስጥ የሚገባው የመንግሥት ዋና ተግባር የሆነውን «ሕገ መንግሥትና የፌዴራል ሥርዓቱን» የመታደግ ሥልጣን ከዐቢይ በመንጠቅ «ሕገ መንግሥትና የፌዴራል ሥርዓቱን» ለማዳን የሚል መንግሥታዊ አላማ ይዞ የተቋቋመውን የመቀሌ የባላደራ መንግሥት እሹሩሩ እያለ የባላደራ መንግሥት የማቋቋም እቅድም አላማም ከሌለው ከአዲስ አበባው ምክር ቤት ጋር ብቻ ነው?

Two different things Addis Ababa issue and the right of ethnics protection. Abiy can say he can go to war about Addis Ababa because he relies on the Oromo ethnic can rally them against Amhara but the right of ethnic is another matter. Oromo perceived Abiy as the Amhara Menelick policy Baledera and all Oromo, Tigray, southern, Afar, all Agews, Beneshangule and Gambela will unite to wage war the lonely man Abiy. The only backer for Abiy right now are Shaebia and Amhara but Amhara has a problem with Abiy too and Issayas has big problem with Eritrean people. Anyway, Tigray already calculated if Eritrea and Amhara wage war against Tigray, Tigray will destroy both and it is ready to wage war both. If war starts, it will be Oromo vs Amhara and Tigray will destroy Amhara from the north and we will take our lands from north Gonder and Wollo, the same is true Oromo will immediately control Addis Ababa and part of Wollo. The other important is Tigray will smash Issayas and we can control the red Sea and the unity of the two people will emerge. There is no one will fight for Issayas now, even the military will not take any order rather he will run away overnight because the next war is who will take and control Tigray that is the old Tigray Red Sea. You can make noise from Europe and America internet but on the ground it is totally different right now. About one million Eritreans live in Tigray as Tigrayans and the mass is with Tigray than with Issayas this time.

Now we have a shadow government governing from Mekelle. The unfounded fear, if at all such is the case, of OLF/TPLF that the so called Ethiopian Government is consumed by is unraveling it as we speak before it even realizes it. The government that spend no micro seconds to go after those ,who firmly stand for Ethiopia, with no factual evidences, is now pretending to play tolerance towards to the known agitators and anarchists. Those who want us to believe that the government is equally responsible for all its citizens fails to present any evidence that counters the widely held claim that it is the same government who is empowering the shadow government.
