i am expert so here is my advice.. u can get jealous of oromoia or u out smart the oromia by what u r given..
for one road project they might give u 300 million dollar if u build asphalt road then u only build one road that all...
but if u r smart about you dont build the road u build factory that build the road...
this means u build one cement factory using ur 300 million dollar ... now u take this factory cement to build unlimited number of road... do u get what i am saying
if someone say to u i will buy u ዶሮ ውጥ... it will last only for one day.. but if he buy u the ዶሮ it self and if start ዶሮ ማርባት ለዘላለሙ ዶሮ መብላት ትችላለህ ሳትለምን
the same principle asphalt road are imported goods hence it cost a lot of dollar and it doesn't last long but if u use cement concrete road it will last you over 60 years no repair .. official they say 20 years but i see road that lasted 60 years and still look like new.. that is what we need for mama Ethiopia our climate is hot we dont need asphalt road that is plastic road when heat come it melt and start breaking apart in just two years..
the fun part is u can use asphalt laying machine to build roller compact concrete road
not all see nice to see it is cheaper if u use fly ash = ash that is left over form making Cement
