This is simply put the newly anointed OPDO headed by Jawar Mohammed, probably inseminated in Cairo, womb fed in Asmara, came to the world in current day Tigray, then piggybacked on Jawar Mohammed's back to be dropped in Biyya Oromo, in the name of just removing Abiy Ahmed from Power.

Jawar took on the mission of being the first to carry the new baby on his back and already messing it up.

The interviewer wants to know how this could be different from all the predecessors that came in the name of change and Jaanjoo said "we can also deploy external experts" to chart their way in this case. I think he means some low level officials from Cairo and the henchman of Shabia to guide him on how to remove Abiy Ahmed from Power and put Jaanjoo in his place.

This put Jaanjoo in a over ecstatic mood, already! He thinks he got all of a sudden the second chance!

Jawar Mohammed is alluding to the "urgent need of removing of PM Abiy Amhed from power in Ethiopia" (in the above video, in Afan Oromo), a clear blue-print issued from Cairo, is not against the PM as such, instead he is against all the achievements this PM has got in Ethiopia to bring the country forward on the path of development.

Egypt's long-held dogma is that "Ethiopia's progress is Egypt's failure" and Ethiopia has to be permanently suppressed by all means possible, even in the view of fraternal messaging coming from Ethiopia towards Egypt.

Simply put Jawar is a ተላላኪ of an enemy!
