I am where I should be and content with that. I am in a country where free speech with legal limit and religious freedom is respected.
Don’t make a mistake from my arguments. I don’t hate any religion which is people’s right to exercise though I would prefer people to receive christ as a personal saviour. I ask ethiopian orthodox to be christ centered and apolitical. The same advice to some
misguided evangelicals and political pastors. Ethiopians should respect each other irrespective of culture, religion or ethnics and share the country equally. Yes Amhara should stop their pure blood amhara fragmented politics, embrace modern ethiopianism leaving behind old feudal ethiopia. Respect all religion, all ethnics allow people’s right to express their cultural identity in united ethiopia and promote federated ethiopia where locals decide their fate under unity. Federation based on geography being the best scenario but ethnics can maintain their right to show case their culture. Open to change the flag, increase the national language and be as liberal as to change the name of the country if that could strengthen the unity of the country. I would support any party with attitude. The current amhara rebellion does not have any supportable modern political ideology. As simple as that. PP iss not yet there but may support is based on hope, the current changes, keeping the unity at least.
