The expenditure budget increased by 22.5% from last year. The budget is based on increased taxation regime of Ethiopians by 60% more than last year. It's also based on the assumed growth of the economy this war-torn country by 8.9%, an unreasonable expectation.

Surprised Tigrey still gets budget allocated from Ethiopia after declaring independence from Ethiopia and not paying taxes.
