Yes, I have seen, namely in Wollega, specifically after the likes of Daud Ibsa publicly showed a defiance of the highest order to a state authority by claiming ማን ማንን ያስፈታል (who is going to disarm whom) and the likes of Solomon Ungashe, a veteran but failed politician publicly announced to the world the following:
Haile Selasie didn't bomb Wollega, Derg didn't bomb Wollega, Meles Zenawi didn't bomb Wollega (all from air) but Abiy Ahmed, an Oromo leader, air bombed Wollega!
There I saw that many tractors ploughing the land turning the fertile land in Wollega into a bread basket for the whole of Ethiopia and beyond, instead of a barren piece of land where lawlessness is taking hold and turning it into a truly basket case!
