This open discourse and freedom of speech must be cultivated and widely expanded. Leaderships should be held accountable and citizens must express their grievances without fear. Good start but still a lot needs to be done.

Fano leaders respond to public criticism by first acknowledging the concerns raised, offering an apology, and pledging to address and resolve the issues. People’s concerns must be taken seriously if Fano wants to continue to have public support otherwise it will end up like PP, an organization devoid of a constituency.
