[Axumezana]

The ethnic based federal structure was developed to address the diversity aspect of Ethiopia.The objective was to have unity with diversity but that experiment has been resisted by unitary forces , most of the Amhara elites, and also abused by those given autonomy (like in Oromia abusing/ kidnapping /killing Amharas). Axumezana is not a fun of ethnic structure and he believes the structure of Ethiopia has to be modified taking into account last 3 decades experience.

Wagsshum-Ezana, Ethnic federalism is good on paper or if intended to wreak havoc and to create dominant one-party system.
How many ethnic based mini-political parties are there in Ethiopia?

ባንድ አጋጣሚ አርቆ አሳቢው የኤርትራው ፕሬዚዳንት ኢሳያስ አፈወርቂ ህብረ ብሄራዊ ፌደራሊዝም ለኢትዮጵያ የሚመጥን ስርዓት እንዳልሆነ ለመለስ ዜናዊ ነግረውት ነበር። የኤርትራው ፕሬዚዳንት ጥቁር በመሆናቸው ምክንያት ግን ነጭ አምላኩ መለስ ዜናዊ ምክራቸውን መስማት አልፈለገም። መለስ ዜናዊ ምክሩ ቢሰማ ኖሮ ሀገራችን አሁን ወደገባችበት ሁለንተናዊ ዉጥንቅጥ ውስጥ አትገባም ነበር።

Briefly, ethnic federalism or sectarian system of governance was created by colonizers to divide and rule. The British used it consistently during their empire hegemony. Apartheid South Africa used it to weaken black resistance. Currently, except Ethiopia, you can’t find any state in the world governed by ethnic system of governance. Evidently, it is a recipe for disaster.
Any nation who entertained ethnic or sectarian politics is a failed state.

The US and Israel used ethnic politics to weaken Iraq, Libya, Syria, Lebanon. There are constant civil war in those countries. A Libyan Dr told me that “while we are fighting each other’s, a British and French tankers are stealing our oil right in front of us”. That is a catch. Iran is resisting that.

That is why I always said Tigray don’t have intellectuals instead a collection of narcissist fools.
Tigray will not survive ethnic politics. It is already a failed society. Just lost one million souls and preparing to lose another one million. Ultimately it will decimate itself.

They are lucky Ethiopians are passive, uninterested and dull. But it will not continue like this.

የናይጄሪያ የፌዴራል ስርዓት የተመሰረተው ቅኝ ገዢዎች በፈጠሩት የጎጥ ጉልቻ ላይ ነው። አሁን ባለው ሁኔታ፣ ማዕከላዊው መንግስት ወጥሮ ስለያዘው እንጂ፣ ወደፊት ሃገሪቷ መፈረካከሷ አይቀርም።

የህንድ ዲሞክራሲ በሂንዱ ፖለቲካ፣ ኢኮኖሚ፣ ባህልና ሃይማኖት የተደፈቀ የተንሻፈፈ ዲሞክራሲ ነው። የህንድ አስተዳደርን ከአፈቀርክ፣ ጭራህን ቆልምመህ ለብልፅግና ተገዛ። ግን ደግነቱ ህንዶች እንዳንተ ቁጭ ብለው የጎሳ ጥለት የሚፈትሉ ህዝቦች ሳይሆኑ፣ በሃገራቸው የሚኮሩ፣ የሰለጠኑና በከፍተኛ ደረጃ ለትምህርትና ለስራ ቅድሚያ የሚሰጡ ናቸው። ስለዚህም አንባጓሮ ሳይፈጥሩ፣ በየትኛውም የሃገሪቱ ክፍል ያለምንም ተፅዕኖ እየተዘዋወሩ በሰላም ይኖራሉ። ማዕከላዊውን መንግስትና ክፍለ ሃገሮችንም በተለያዩ መስኮች የሚያስታርቁ ያልወገኑ የካውንስል አሰራሮች ስላሏቸው የሃገሪቱ አንድነት እስከአሁን እደተጠበቀ ነው። ሆኖም የጎሳ ፖለቲካቸው በዚሁ እየከረረ ከቀጠለ ግን፣ ትልቅ የሃይማኖት ቀውስ ውስጥ መግባታቸው አይቀርም።

ወያኔ ያቋቋመችው እራሷን ብቻ ሊጠቅማት የሚችል የመሰላት የጎጥና የፖለቲካ ፌዴራሊዝም ዛሬ ከጥቅም ውጪ አድርጓታል። እሬቻን ለማክበር ካልሆነ በስተቀር ወደ ፊንፊኔ የምትመጡበት ሌላ ምንም ጉዳይ አይኖርም።

ፌዴራሊዝም ሊሰራ የሚችለው፣ ማዕከላዊው መንግስት፣ መከላከያውና ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤቱ ሁሉንም ህዝቦች በዕኩል
ሲያከብር፣ ሲያገለግልና ሲዳኝ ብቻ ነው። ይኸ እስካልሆነ ድረስ ፌዴራሊዝሙ ፉርሽ ሆኖ ይቀራል። ክፍለ ሃገሮች፣ ከፀጥታ አስከባሪነትና ከልማት ያለፈ ጉልበት ካላቸውና ለማዕከላዊው መንግስት የማይታዘዙ ከሆነ፣ ሃገር ይፈርሳል።
