Gurage has to fight back as much as it can. That is what its ancestors have been doing and fought to settle in the land and maintain their identity. I don’t understand it either. Guraghies migrates to where the Amharas live and all the Guraghies want to be is an Amhara. They mingle very easily in the Amharas culture: religion, music, language, school etc.

Where did the hatred came from? If they can’t get along with their natural allies, then how can they get along with their natural enemies, the Oromos & Hadiyas. And why they abandoned their homeland in such a big number? it doesn’t look good for the Guraghies.

You think Qodie is Wurage? Neither he nor dama are Wurage. They never have principle nor articulated the demand of the people they stand for. Look how many months or year taken Qodie to come out in public he is Pentecost and prohpet of Wurage; and he was # 1 to frequently call Oromo as "Gala", according to him it is an insult, although it is not an insult, rather the historic name.

Qodie is undercover paid troll. He does not care if 1/3 of Wurage cleansed by Hadiya, Mareqo or Oromo.

I am not sure real Wurage in any shape or from stands with their own killer Orommuma, since 15th century. True Wurage would fight to reclaim Gibe territory instead of growl for no reason against Amhara or suffer from incessant hiccup against Amhara, an uphill task for Wurage to do that or foolishly yelling at its own liberator. These kinds of people are for sure not from Wurage.
