The Tigre problem is almost a terminal problem. These are a people and a culture wired to be a permanent chaos and disorder. It is a culture that can not organize itself to feed itself. It is a permanent disorder. The future of Tigre is bleak. Its youth are fleeing, Tigre has reached a point where it can not solve its problems. In short, all social indicators are that it is a failing community. So, let alone returning to Addis which is now protected by more that 100 million people, it will be a miracle if Tigres find peace within themselves and feed themselves.
