|• ካብ "ጠፋእኩም" --- ናብ "ጠፋእና" ገምጋም ሰብ-መዚ ብልጽግና፡ብላዕለዎት ሰበ-ስልጣን መንግስትን መራሕቲ ሰልፊ ብልጽግናን ዝተዳለወ ምስጢራዊ ፖለቲካዊን ጸጥታውን ገምጋም ዘጠቓለለ ሰነድ ልሒኹ ወጺኡ ኣሎ።
እቲ "ገምጋም ንህላወ ዝፈታተኑ ስግኣታትን ስትራቴጂካዊ ናይ መፍቲሕታት ኣማራጺታትን" ዝብል ኣርእስቲ ዘለዎ ናይ 12 ገጽ ሰነድ፡ ንመንግስቲ ኣብዪ ኣሕመድ ዘሻቕሉ ኣርባዕተ ቀንዲ ምንጭታት ስግኣት ዘጠቃለለ ኮይኑ ወጺኡ ይርከብ።
እቲ ሰነድ ንሃገራዊ ጸጥታን ፖለቲካን እታ ሃገር ዝፈታተኑ ናይ ህላወ ስግኣታት፡ እዞም ዝስዕቡ ኣርባዕተ ነጥብታት ከም ዝኾኑ የረድእ፦
1. ዳግማይ ምብርባር ህወሓትን ጽልዋ ልሂቃን ተጋሩን (Tigrayan elites)፡
2. ኣብ ክልል ኣምሓራ ዘሎ ግርጭት ካብ ፋሕ ዝበለ ናብ ዉዱብን ዝተናወሐ ኲናት ምልዋጡን፡ ዕጥቃዊ ምንቅስቓስ ፋኖ ድማ ኣብ'ዚ እዋን እቲ ዝዓበየ ወተሃደራዊ ስግኣት ተባሂሉ ተወሲዱ ኣሎ፡
3. ኣብ ጎረቤት ሃገር ሱዳን ጀነራል ዓብደል ፋታሕ ኣል-ቡርሃን ስልጣኑ ድሕሪ ምርግጋጹን ምስ ግብጺ ዘለዎም ስትራቴጂካዊ ዝምድና ድሕሪ ምሕያሉን ዝመጸ ናይ ሓይሊ ሚዛን ምልዉዋጥ፡ ኣብ ዉሽጢ ኢትዮጲያን ኣብ ሱዳን ዘሎ መሽርኽታን ዝፈጠሮ ከቢድ ጸቕጢ፡
4. ኣብ ሓደ እዋን መሓዛና ዝነበረት ኤርትራ፡ ኣብ ፖለቲካ ኢትዮጵያ ዘለዋ እናዓበየ ዝኸይድ ዘሎ ናይ ቀጥታን ዙርያን ጽልዋ፤ ሓደገኛ መልክዑ ምሓዙ፡ ምስኡ ተተሓሒዙ ድማ ናብ ቀይሕ ባሕሪ ዝግበር ናይ ይብጻሓና ጎስጓስ፡ ብዲፕሎማሲያዊ መንገዲ እምበር ብጎነጽ ክኸውን ከም'ዘይክእል፡ ዝብልን ካልእን እዩ።
እቲ ሰነድ፡ መንግስቲ ኣቢዪ ኣሕመድ ኣብ ውሽጢ'ታ ሃገር ዝክተሎ ዘሎ ኣገባብ እውን ነቐፌታ ኣቕሪቡ ኣሎ። ምምሕዳር ቀዳማይ ሚኒስተር ኣብዪ ኣሕመድ "ልብን ኣእምሮን" ህዝቢ ኣብ ምስሓብ ብድሆታት ከም'ዘጋጠሞ ተጠቂሲ ይርከብ።
ብተወሳኺ፡ መንግስቲ ንፖለቲካዊን ጸጥታውን ብድሆታት ንምፍታሕ ካብ መጠን ንላዕሊ ኣብ ትርጉም ዘይብሉ ምጉልባት ወተሃደራዊ ሓይሊ ጥራይ ኣቶኪሩ ከም'ዝጸንሐ እቲ ጸብጻብ ይሕብር።

A document containing a secret political and security assessment prepared by senior government officials and BJP leaders has been leaked.
The 12-page document, entitled "Assessment of Threats to Existence and Strategic Solution Options," includes four main sources of threat to the government.
The document identifies the following four threats to the country's national security and politics:

The document also criticizes the Abiy Ahmed government's policies at home. The administration of Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has been challenged in attracting the "hearts and minds" of the people.
