I am calling for the withdrawl of ENDF from most Chaka areas of Amhara based upon Fano ability to stop all attacks against the regional and federal government. Fano shall no longer be able to conduct any attacks against federal and regional structures that must be signed. The only beneficiary of these wars are askaris !
