Allocating budget to the health, education and transport ministries of Ethiopia is considered altruistic, helping the poor out of charity rather tha as necessities for national development required by the constitution. Abiy Ahmed could not be more insulting to Ethiopians than perceiving budgets to the Ethiopian ministries of health, education and roads as helping the poor out pity. He is not obligated to hold the office of Ethiopia's PM. He can't despise the people, he can't be hostile to the people and lead their gov at the same. Love Ethiopians or leave.
