Not only he failed to bring peace and protection to ordinary Gurages from being killed, robbed, arsoned and displaced, the peace situation in Gurage under his rule became worse in three ways:
1. The terrorists have become more daring
2. New conflicts sprang up
3. Gurage Zones, East and West, are forced/persuaded to appease sources of terrorist weredas with 10s millions of birr.
Remove this Sodo do-no-good inept, incompetent and unwilling PP, one of the architects who killed the Gurage Region project.
