7. Notes that such actions might threaten peace and stability in the continent, in particular the Horn of Africa, hinder joint security initiatives, and establishes an unacceptable precedent inconsistent with established principles;

Abiy's PP clowns have been making huge noises for 2 years. I asked a friend of mine, what is the point of all that noise. My friend says, they are trying to convince themselves that they can do it.
