You repeat the same logic and I gave you my answers. I hate to repeat myself. You have all kinds of mistaken assumptions. You assume that nothing changes in diplomacy. You assume that China opposes SLR. China opposes SLR recognition of Taiwan, not the statehood of SLR. You assume that China dictates Ethiopian foreign policy. no, China protects her loan and investment in Ethiopia and don't dive a rat about Ethiopia policy toward Somalia or SLR. You assume that African Union keeps its HQ in Addis on the condition that Ethiopia adheres to AU dictates. No, AU HQ is in Addis because Ethiopia Ethiopia is the symbol of free black people. And, in fact Ethiopia will lobby on behalf of SLR in the next AU meeting. You assume that Ethiopia follows a single power bloc foreign policy. No, Ethiopia is a member of BRICS, best friend of US, China, Russia, India, Brazil and a major loaner of IMF, EU, and soon to be member of WTO. So, you not only have a lot of wrong assumption to build your position, you also seem to not fully informed about Ethiopian policy in the real world. My guess is that sort of error in perception originates from your underestimation of both Abiy Ahmed and Ethiopia. Remember, out of 195 countries of the world Ethiopia was selected to host cOP32 2027 for a reason - because Ethiopia is a nation of that stature, and that level of achievement. Ethiopia is an African giant. As for Somalia - here is her future. If Hassan Sheik lets SLR go and try to hold the rest of Italian Somalia together, he might, just might have a chance of doing that. If he continues, his current unrealistic dream of forcing SLR back under Mogadishou, he will lose both Puntland and Jubaland.
