1) such an important deal must be handled in secret. It must be crafted carefully with a minimum of 99 years independent lease deal, Once a memorandum of agreement is reached, you close the dossier and keep it in safe while other circumstances are reached out.

You can not advertise, as PP did, the MOU to the world and invite adversaries to sabotage it in its very early stages. That is exactly what Turkey and Egypt has done.
