I want to start an organization that will document Gurages killed, assaulted, their businesses looted, cattle robbed, houses and shops, and schools and clinic/hospitals arsoned, Gurage lands occupied. It will operate throughout Ethiopia except Tigrey as there are no known Gurage presence there.
Testimonies by victims and witnesses will be documented by text and video. They will be sworn on the Bible and Quran as part of the documentation process. Testimonies without oaths will also be accepted but it will be stamped "unsworned".
These documents will be available for media reporters upon written requests.
The documents will be shared with the Ethiopian Ministry of Justice for justice action.
For fear of sabotage, Kistane individuals will not be recruited to work for this organization. Also, those who chose to be members of a non-Gurage tribe will not hold membership in the organization. The organization will not accept help in kind or materials from such individuals.

Every official of The Gurage Register will carry a gun with a license to carry a gun.
