(4) If Ethiopia goes ahead and recognize SLR the views of which Somali states matter as critical - Puntland, Jubaland, etc?

(5) If USA recognizes SLR, will AU, UN, EU continue to support the sovereignty of Somalia? Ethiopia definitely must rally Africa before recognizing SLR. In fact, even Somaliland will ask the help of Ethiopia to rally Africa on behalf of SLR.
