When displaced people cram into small camps as seen in Debre Birhan. These IDPs must be given a choice to integrate themselves into Amhara Society. AID money must be used to provide them with Shelter proper homes or at least some sort of apartment. They must be integrated into the City of Debre Birhan and the surrounding farming villages where they can become more productive and sufficient

Aid money being used just to feed them (temporarily) is not a good thing instead as Mota Keranyo said their livelihood must be improved. They must be integrated back into Amhara Society where they live in Cities and Amhara Farms they cannot just stay in the camps to do what? Return to wartorn lawless welega?

Most of these IDP are Wolloye Muslims so they must be granted settlements in Wollo as well.
