We all know skyscrapers in places like Ethiopia are a money laundering scheme.
Here is something you are losing sight of. The person, Horus, who is bragging about PP’s fake accomplishments. According to him, he was an EPRP, political scientist (the subjects these kind of people loves but has never been useful to them), a tribalist and a 24/7 resident of ER. He said he spent 20 years in this forum, it means he is unemployed.
Horus is not the only enabler of the out of touch con artist and clown Abiye Ahmed Ali as the expense of Ethiopia. There are so many of them out there hurting Ethiopia.
Africa have seen so many embarrassing stupid dictators throughout history: Mengistu h/m, Idiamin, Bokassa, Ghadaffi etc but it has never seen this kind of con artist with no significant training and with no high school diploma.

At this point, Ethiopians are not capable of governing themselves.
They may be able to look after themselves after a proper structural governance and training. For that to happen, they need to invest massive resources to hire foreign experts. It will only take one generation.
Abiye Ahmed Ali is a below average person. He hasn’t completed High School and he has no formal training of anything.
He is not capable of understanding what proper governance means. He is a con artist who should never have been a PM.
