The rivers in Addis Ababa are becoming polluted again. Who should be held responsible?
people like before start releasing swearage water to the river. months ago, money private companies and homes were penalized upto millions birr for releasing waste water to the river, now why not did it the same? the river is so stinky, you can't go by side.
