- Break the dead lock with Egypt to isolate Isaias
- Work on reconcilation with FANO , OLA and TPLF
- Organize and equip Eritrean opposition groups & use them to weaken Isaias
- Once Isaias is weak facilitate his removal & negotiate with the new Eritrean government to secure Assab based on win- win arrangement
