Ethiopian delegation presented its case consistently while adhering to the issue at hand (for a longer time), while that of Egypt jumped from the one about GERD and suddenly found itself "defending" Somalia, Eritrea, other Africans and more. Shame!

Egypt running out of argument on GERD
If they had any, then there wouldn't have been no need to jump from issue at hand and grab other issues out of the one about GERD itself.
