Adwa III is the reclaiming of access to the sea for the over 130 Million souls living in Ethiopia.
Either we live in unimpeded freedom, or we don't live at all! The bottom line!

"We choose a peaceful means (to reclaim our access to the Sea), but thinking Ethiopia could be chastised to a permanent Geographic Prison for fear of other means is just an illusion of the concerned bodies".

The case of Ethiopia's quest for sea access can now be resolved diplomatically, if the parties don't revoke their own claims and resort to only violent means.
That is a good beginning, let's allow the parties present their cases and prove that Ethiopia has or doesn't have the said "historical or legal basis".
Let Ethiopia also present her case and prove that she indeed has got a "historical right", in which case there is no need to wage a war in the discussion/disagreement.
Ethiopia has expressed her readiness to engage in discussion and resolve the issue peacefully. Did Eritrea also show the same readiness? If yes, then when and where?

If a war may break out in regard to this issue before the issue may get resolved diplomatically, then now we also know who the culprit is and responsible for the consequences.
The party that didn't show readiness for dialogue is responsible! This is a fact that any amount of media campaign may never deflect!
.Eritrea sees intensifying rhetoric for access to the sea as something that violates its sovereignty. It also argues that the claim for sea access does not have a historical or legal basis.

.Large but landlocked, Ethiopia has long sought ownership of a port on the Red Sea coast, arguing that this is a historical right and essential to its future prosperity and development.

Our neighbor to the north should realistically contemplate its current position of denying the reality on the ground and decide to wait until the last step like Egypt did and lose substantially to only now being forced to come into terms with the reality and accept Ethiopia can't be stopped to start to utilize her resources to advance her own development agenda, like any nation on the planet.
Egypt has spent substantial resources in forms of human and material capital to only finally come into terms with the reality and accept the fact.
Eritrea should draw a lesson here, if it cares about its future!
I am only saying!
