The only similarity between Horus and this man is that they both speak Oromigna. The major difference lies in their character: Horus is a notorious criminal who supports the criminal Abiy Ahmed, while this man is simply enjoying himself, playing the traditional Ethiopian musical instrument, the Masinqo. It's genuinely entertaining and funny to watch.

I doubt that Horus is even physically as strong as this man - and without a doubt, Horus lacks wisdom, unlike this joyful musician.
