Under the pretext of "fighting" Tplf, pp welcomed Shabia to control not just Tigray but the entire Ethiopia. Oromiya for timing being because of Oromumua olf which Shabia now wants to control with itself, in leadership was spared right now Amara Ethiopians since the war are dying. Not to mention Mai Kadra.
