Number one regionalist in Eritrea is Isayas himself. He pretends to be from Hamassien, but he is from Temben, Tigray. Eritrean society is still agrarian hence the Regional card does not benefit any Eritrean. I do not oppose him just because he is from Temben, Tigray. I oppose him because he is the number 1 enemy of the Eritrean people. His behavior did not start after independence. He was a very divisive psychopath who devided Eritreans according to religious and regional lines . His love is for Ethiopia not Eritrea. Eritrea was just a ladder to power for him. I believe the dictator was mocked by bona fide Eritreans during his youth for having a Tigrayan family background. Otherwise, how else can one explain the level of contempt he displays toward a people who once showed him nothing but love and admiration?

To this day, he continues to write under a pseudonym in Hadas Eritrea, asserting that Ethiopia is on the brink of disintegration — and claiming that this is not in Eritrea’s national interest. Just imagine that: while families in Eritrea are falling apart and the population is dwindling by the day, the dictator is more concerned about the fate of Ethiopia than the survival of his "own" people.

He Keeps sacrificing tenth of thousands of young Eritreans to preserve his mother country Ethiopia without accountability ?. He sacrificed far more than that to stay in power. This man is a psychopath. What is wrong with Eritreans ?

I thought only his grandma from his mother side was tigrayan which is just one 3rd of his ancestry and that. His father was Eritrean and so was his mother others say that his father was from hamasien but had a tigrayan monther hence why his father spend most of his time in Tigray . What I find more strange is how did Eritreans end up being ruled then by a man from Tigray or let’s say even Ethiopian. What is even more stranger that the vast majority of Eritreans do not know this and do not wish to talk about this said ancestry of the patriotic dictator . This is what I find strange one would think the people would know the exact identity of their so called president or dictator in this case but his ancestry is vague . The first time I heard isias is tigrayan was when halafi said but Non of the Eritreans rebuttled halafis claim not even his hard line supporters pffj supporters and now here we have deqi arewit and energy both full Eritreans saying the president isn’t from Eritrean indigenously but he is infact deqi 40. Is this true we need a full biography of isias life and his ancestry family trea does any one have that
