The reason African state mafia, including Ethiopia, extriminate their own people to enrich themselves and their minions. In Ethiopia OPP, TPLF and other capable terrorist grpups are involved in feeding the gold city of UAE and get rich. Ethiopia and Sudan have to be in Chaos and fragmented to fill the coffers of prosperity mafias and oligarch rulers. The system works all over Africa. Al jazeera in the past had extensive report on gold transfer from Zimbabwe to Dubai to keep the dictators in that country a float. Corruption of some kind is the characteristics of a given system and Africa is a continent to feed that while itself remaining impoverished.
