Neither you or I met her to write her biography. Reports state that her father was a Gurage civil servant in Gondar who then met the mother of Aster Aweqe.
Was her father from the Sodo clan of Oromo or from Gurage is yet to be determined. But it remains abundantly clesr that her father was a Gurage element.
