Well it looks like it based on the way pp is doing, there is bipolarity nature: welcoming Shabia then only to threaten conflict. War with Tplf, only to reconcile. Working with Amara to fight Tplf, only to start attacking Amara regions with drones now. There is no thorough thought out plan. Who ever is advising pp must be chaos driven. The advisers must be foreigners ( always looking for their own interest and to make pp fail) and Olf of course the enemy. The war drumming only benefit outsiders. There will not be in site to “develop” as Aby claiming while insecurity is there.
