The trump admin wants to take over Ukraine not just resources but everything. Ukraine responded by saying we do not owe you anything, charity is not a loan. Loan is a document sigh by both parties specifies date of original loan, interest rate, when the loan interest payment commencement date and when the principal or original loan should be retired or paid off. Between Ukraine and US there is no such document and Ukraine is not obligated anything what the US gave to Ukraine.
