በአንተ አለም ያሉት ሁለት ቀለሞች ብቻ ናቸው፤ ነጭና ጥቁር! በአለም ላይ ያለው እውነትና ዉሸት ፣ ልክና ስህተት ብቻ ናቸው የሚለው እንኳንስ በሰው ልጆች ማበራዊ ሳይንስ በፊዚክስ ውስጥ እንኳን ውድቅ የሆነ የድሮ ፍልስፍና ነው ። ግዜና ፍላጎት ካለህ በፓርቲክል ፊዚክስ ቨርነር ሃይዘንበርግ የሚባለው እውቅ ፊዚዚስት ያገኘውን principle of uncertainty ኢእርግጠኘነት ሕግ ተመልከተው።

የአንድ መንግስት ሕጋዊነት ወይም ኢሕጋዊነት የሚመነጨው ከተፈጥሮ ፣ ከኢቮሉሽን ወይም ከሳይኮሎጂ ማለትም ከሰዎች ስሜትና ህሳቤ አይደለም ፤ የመንግስት ሕጋዊነት የሚመነጨው ከዚያ አገር እና ሕዝብ ሕገ መንግስት ነው። በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ይህ ነው የሚባል ሕገ መንግስት አለመኖር ብቻ ሳይሆን ባገሪቱ ያሉት የፍትሃ ብሄርና ወንጀለኛ መቅጫ ሕጎች ጭምር የሚቆሙበት ግቡል የአገር ሕገ መንግስት የላቸውም። ስለዚህ በኢትዮጵያ የሕግ ት/ቤት አለ እንጂ ጁሪስፕሩደንስ የለም ። ጁሪስፕሩደንስ ማለት የአንድ አገር ሕግጋት ሁሉ የሚመሰረቱበት የሕግ ፍልስፍና ማለት ነው። ይህ በሰረተቢስነት ሕገ መንግስቶቹን ሁሉ ያካትታል።

ስለዚህ የአቢይ መንግስት በተጭበረበረ ምርጫ ስልጣን መያዙ ብቻ ሳይሆን ባገሪቱ ከሕዝብ ፈቃድ የመነጨ ሕገ መንግስትም የለም ፣ ሕግጋት ሰዎች የሚዳኙበትና የሚቀጡባቸው ደምቦች ሁሉ ሕገ መንግስታዊ መሰረት የላቸውም ። በአንድ ቃል Ethiopia is not a society that is founded on any well defined legal philosophy, a modern constitution, the rule of law and controlled by the collective will of the people. In one word, Ethiopia is not a constitutional political community.

እና የኃይለ ስላሴም፣ የደርግም፣ የወያኔም የኦሮሙማ አገዛዞች ሕጋዊ መንግስታት አይደሉም! ኢትዮጵያ በታሪኳ ሕገ መንግስታዊ የፖለቲካ ማህበረሰብ ሆና አታውቅም!

አሁን ለዲዲቲ የሰጠሁትን መልስ ደግመህ አንብበው ። እኔ ያልኩት ይህ ለሺ ዘመናት የትብላላ ሃስብና መርህ ነው። እሱም አንድ ሕብረተ ሰብ በማንኛውም እድገት ደረጃ ቢሆን ፕሪሚቲቭ ፣ የጎሳ ፣ የፊውዳል፣ የዲክታተት ፣ የፋሺስት ማንኛው ሕበረተሰብ የሚኖረው ተደራጅቶ ነው ። ያለ ድርጅት ምናልባት አንድ ቤተሰብ መኖር ይችል ይሆናል። ከዚያ ካለፈ ትንሽ ጎሳ እንኳን ድርጅትና አስተዳደር ፣ አለቃና ተከታይ ወዘተ እንዲኖረው የግድ ይላል ። አለዚያ ኦርደር (ሰላም) የሚባለው መተዳደሪያ ስለማይኖር ሰዎች እንደ አራዊት ይፋጃሉ ማለት ነው።

ይህም ማለት አንድ አገር አለ መንግስት ለአንድ ቀን እንኳ መኖር አይችልም ። የሆነ አይነት መንግስት ፣የጨረባም ሆነ የእድር መንግስት ። ይህን መሰሎች መንግስታት እጅግ ብዙ ሲሆኑ በዚህ ዘመን በውነተኛ ሕዝባዊ ፍቃድና ቅቡል ያገር ሕግ ላይ ያልቆሙ በመቶች የሚቆጠሩት መንግሳት ሁሉ ሌጂቲሜት አይደሉም ። ከዚያ በመለስ እያንዳንዱ አገር ባለው የመግዣ ሕግና ስልጣን መያዣ "ምርጫ" መሰረት ሌጂቲሜት የሚለው ቃል እንደ ተፈለገ ይለጠጣል፣ ይቆረጣል ። ሰዎች ኦብጀክቲቭ የሆነ ሕጋዊ መለኪያ ስለሌላቸው የሚጠቀሙት የራሳቸው አቋም ፣ ስሜት ፣ ማፍቀርና መጥላት ነው። በአንድ ቃል በኢትዮጵያ ሕጋዊ መንግስት ፣ የሕግ የበላይነት የለም፣ በቃ ።

ነገር ግን መንግስት አለ! አንተ በተከታታይ የምትስተው ይህን ነው። በኃይለ ስላሴ ዘመን የመስፍንትና ባላባቶች መንግስት ነበር። በደርግ ዘመነ የወታደሮች መንግስት ነበር ። በወያኔዎች ዘመን የትግሬ ጎሳ መንግስት ነበር ። ዛሬ የኦሮሞ ጎሳ መንግስት አለ ። እነዚህ አራት መንግስታት የራሳቸውን ወገን ከመጥቀም ባሻገር የተወሰነ የአገር እና የማህበረሰብ ሥራ መስራት ነበረባቸው፣ አለባቸው ። ድምበር ይጠብቃሉ፣ ሌባ ያስራሉ፣ ት/ቤት ይከፍታሉ፣ መንገድ ያነጥፋሉ ፣ ከተማ ይቀይሳሉ ።

ስለሆነ አንድ ዜጋ ያለው መንግስት ሕዝባዊ ወይም ሕጋዊ ስላልሆነ ለመላው ሕዝብ መጠቀሚያ የሚሆኑ መሰረተ ልማቶች ሲዘረጋ ቅዋሜ አይደረግበትም። ይህን የሚያደርገው ስልጣን ላይ ለመቆየት መሆኑን ሁሉ እየታወቀ! የምንግስት ሥራ ጥሩ መንግስትም ሆነ መጥፎ መንግስት ስራው መንገድ መስራት ፣ ሆስፒታል ማቆም ስለሆነ! ስለዚህ በስሜት ሳይሆን በሎጂክ የሚመራ ዜጋ ያለው ኢሕጋዊ መንግስት በሕጋዊ መንግስት እንዲተካ እየታገለ ፣ያለው መጥፎ መንግስት ትክክለኛ ማህበራዊ መሰረተ ልማት ሲዘረጋ መደገፍ አለበት ።

አንድ አገር ም የአንድ አገር ሕዝብ ሕገ መንግሳዊ የፖለቲካ ማሕበረ ሰብ እስከ ሚሆን ድረስ ያለ መንግስት በመኖር እንደ አራዊት እርስ በርስ ተባላ አይባልም። በአለም ላይ ነጭና ጥቁር ብቻ ሳይሆን እጅግ ብዙ ቀለማት አሉ። በእውነትና ዉሸት መሃልም ብዙ ብዙ ሪያሊቲዎች አሉ ። በእኔ እምነት ኢትዮጵያ አይደለም ሕገ መንግስታዊ የፖለቲካ ማህበረሰብ መሆን ቀርቶ ከጎሳ አገዛዝ ለመውጣ ብዙ ዘመን ያሻታል!
እስከዚያ ቀን ድረስ ኢትዮጵያ እንደ አገር መቀጠል አለባት!

This is my last on this topic.

Well, that is not my making, you have driven yourself into an impasse. You couldn't answer a simple yes or no question as such and started to blabber your nonsensical tantrum. Self-inflicted wound on yourself.

You start from a fundamentally wrong premise, without being forced to do so. You claim yourself of having spent many decades in the field of political activism, yet you can't still differentiate who is the ultimate source of state power and which is the executor of the same. That is the source of all of your failures so far on here. Government, unless it imposed itself on the people by means of coercion, like the one in Eritrea currently, is not the source of the power. A government elected by or at least tolerated by the people is just a custodian of the power. It has to exercise that power in accordance to the "agreed on" contract.

The current government in Ethiopia was elected to the office by an election considered by many observers to the largest part free and fair. There could be some sort of deficiencies in the procedure and that is not the fault of the government, Ethiopia has just started to exercise that sort of procedure. My point here is not to justify or declare as unjust the Ethiopian election procedure.

The point is the government is not the ultimate source of power! The power emanates from the people! Pour this hard fact into your tiny head.

As such the government can't implement any policy that the source of power didn't consent to. Your claim the government didn't abolish the constitution, the so called ethnic federalism and the likes is a misplaced accusation against the government.

The current constitution can be changed only when the majority of the people wishes so. Periode! Abiy Ahmed is not a certain clown for you and people like you and readily gets up and declare "yeah, I am going to tear down this constitution for you tomorrow" or something similar. He has to be entrusted with that sort of policy by the people that own it, which is not there in Ethiopian political landscape.

There were people like yourself who during the early days of Abiy's ascend to power approached him and started to "advise" him about tearing down the constitution, abolish the federal system, change the national flag and reverse anything introduced by his predecessors. Having listened to them, okay, thank you for your advise and I may consider it in due time and sent them back, probably calling them እባቦች in himself. They wanted to touch the fire with his hands and hoped to have tricked him.

Those people have now turned back to their corners and only gossip about "we did embrace Abiy with our open arms during the initial phase of the change, but he decided to disappoint us, he is the worst enemy of us" and many more. These were mostly the Amhara neftegnas, I guess.

Then there were also the inept Oromo old politicians who wanted to touch yet another fire with Abiy's hand. This ones wanted from Abiy that he declares "yes, you are the rightful ተረኞች". These ones also got disappointed and suddenly turned against him and declared him "he is our worst enemy".

Both camps have now become a much subdued voices and Abiy is moving still high!

It is only the likes of you who still got stuck to where you were once, bad for you.

The Ethiopian constitution could be evil but the people opted to hold on it. Get that down your skull.

You can wounder why are the people opting for something evil? I don't have the answer but my only explanation is that they decided to choose the less evil from the more evil. ከለመንከኝ ህድ ና የኢትዮጵያ ጭቁን ሕዝቦች ጠይቅ፣ በተለይ የደቡብ ና ጠረፋማ ስፍራዎች ነዋሪዎች፡: This people have become for the first time in their long history a fully fledged citizens and can sit on the same table with those who declared they are የኢትዮጵያ ዉኋ ልኮች.

Touch this constitution, especially using a means of coercion, then you guarantee Ethiopia will go into unstoppable flame the next day, I sincerely guess this.

Your false alarm is loose as your Orommuma f@rt. No body heeds to it. Ethiopia does not have constitution and a legitimaye government. Just a question, before OLF and Woyane occupy Ethiopia Gurage population was higher than Tigre, Somalie, Sidama. Have you eaten Guragies and made them smaller in population size rank?
