Ethiopia must gain more leverage in Djbouti and Somaliland

In fact Ethiopia should sign no deals with Somalia

Ethiopia should Annex Somalilands Coasts in Awdal province of the Zayla area

Build naval and economic ports. Have more highways built between Jigijiga and Zayla.

Invite UAE billionaires to invest in Hargeisa

The lands north of Borama City should be annexed politcally, economically into Ethiopia. Port Saylac/Zeyla is not good enough. Ethiopia and UAE need to develop a Port inside the village of Lugayha which is the closest route to Addis Ababa. Ethiopian Investors and Ethiopian Naval, Ethiopian troops should safeguard the assets of the lands to integrate it into Ethiopia

In exchange Isaaq tribe will be given more autonomy in Ethiopia. Potentially their own Isaq Region/ Zone with their own police and shared resource with Somaliland




In exchange for Awdal. The Isaaq will be given back their lands in Ethiopia in coordinance with Isaaq Government of Hargeisa. (We do not need European permission for border arrangements)

Isaaq will become a new Region no longer of Somali Region. This exchange is a win win situation
