With America trying to protect its super power status aggressively & China playing the less aggressive neocolonization cards in Africa & elsewhere , America is trying to directly control Greenland, Canada , Panama canal & Gaza. This is going to give birth to the rebirth of the scramble for Africa and other weak countries. As the population of Europe stagnates and unable to compete to the technological advancement of China, Europe has to change its geopolitical positioning to more aggressive one, otherwise the resource less Europe will be invaded by immigrants from the highly populated countries of the world which is equivalent to colonization. Africa's population will be 2.5 billion in 2050 and if Europe sits idle it shall be swarmed and controlled by Africans in the years to come. The French are being pushed out of Africa, how are they going to survive with out the resources and market of Africa? The only way out for the Western World is to recolonize the weak countries , develop & manage them in such a way that the growing populations of such countries( like Africa ) will be controlled before it migrated to them and use it as a slave to work for them while exploiting the resources and markets of Africa like countries, which are mismanaged & abused by their respective parasitic leaders.The new colonization may not be by force but through creation of deep alliances & alliance grouping ( like BRICS) where developed countries could have a management contract & wealth share with the underdeveloped world!Welcome to the era of colonization !
