The thing is he doesnt even have the guts to adress the elephant in the room which is Ethiopia never really owned a sea i and many told him.That Somali territories cannot be taken by another country international law doesnt allow this. He for almost a year told us that the MOU will go ahead even long after the galla fellow threw in the towel.

Abiye Ahmed backed off after threats from Turkey. He has his own problems within Ethiopia against the TPLF and Amhara resistance.
