Weak weak leaders want short term personal satisfaction by erecting fake development
By giving the work to foreigners dumming down the population instead of giving to the people to do development themselves. I can’t claim foreign-made development as mine when l have no input in it. This shows money laundering is probably taking place from foreign NGOs such as USAID. Of course this foreign- made development either by USAID or china, etc will claim later as theirs after spending their money and work on the development. Such weak leaders of Africa have already gave the sovereignty of their nations to foreigners.
