By rich countries, world institutions, etc
We don’t know if ethiopias national institutions such as banks, airlines, telecom, electricity, , Nile , land, mining, etc is privatized. We are doomed if that happens. It means giving away our sovereignty. You will cry if you hear what is happening to Mexico, Haiti, etc.
Creating also oligarchs vs small business for mass are different. Oligarchs who have been seen too quick wearing suits working with the world rich to blunder a nation . Whereas creating businesses and improving the livelihood of individual and society means improving the economy of the country and well being of the society

Ethiopia is privatized and the private property of Abiy Ahmed Ali. Basically he owns everything and does whatever he wants. He can destroy someone’s house, kill or jail anyone anytime may be except inTigray and perhaps rural Amhara. Same in Eritrea. Isyas is the owner of that province. Both are oligarchs in their own way
