Marco Rubio is right. That is what I assumed to be the interpretation of it. Trump is an actor. He loves extraordinary reactions when he says crazy things but means others wise. He is very theatrical. He knows the reality. He can win any election. But, re-election right away won’t happen. Memory has to be erased for him to win it. Everything for him is a game to be won.

If he had only said "to take over Gaza", that would have a few interpretations. But he's saying that they'll own it and that Palestinians in Gaza will have no reason to come back living in Gaza.
