Back in 2005 Eritrea kicked the USAID out of the country because their "programs" were not compatible with our principles of self reliance and moral values centered on human dignity.

In the same year the food crisis in Ethiopia was worsening, due in part to USAID dumping food-aid in Ethiopia right on harvest time, leaving millions of Ethiopian subsistence farmers and grain traders competing with the freely-available food-aid that TPLF officials was selling on the market at discounted prices. Famine is a man-made disaster.
