They are realizing that Egypt and Somalia are going to start war soon on Ethiopia. Pp instead of unifying Ethiopians at the beginning of power, they focused on beautifying Addis unnecessarily, most likely Addis will be the play ground for foreigners ( pedophilia and prostitution being rampant is indication of colonization, failed state) and liberation fronts.
